We extend a warm invitation to our Exhibitors to support the 9th Hunter Meeting. We are grateful for your past support for Australia's premier Cellular Biology Meeting series. The 2009 Meeting once again incorporates the Imaging Workshop.
So, the 2009 Meeting continues in the expanded format:
- 7 invited international speakers
- pre-Conference Imaging Workshop
- a select list of exceptional national speakers
- Millennium Science Sponsored Workshop in the main program, again introducing an international presenter
It is hoped that as many Exhibitors as possible will take up the additional small cost and be present for the Pre-Conference Imaging Workshop as well as the main meeting.
Exhibitors have access to the research directors and group leaders of many Australian Laboratories. A very focused group, the relaxed atmosphere of the Hunter Meeting belies the intensity of the Scientific sessions. Poster sessions are well-supported and the Exhibition is intrinsic to all Poster Sessions, teas, Trade Secrets™ lunch, and Posters with wine. Scientific presentations, food and beverage and social functions are all included in the Exhibition fee. (Please see the Sponsorships page for details)

EXHIBITION OPTION 1:
COMBINED IMAGING WORKSHOP and HUNTER MEETING Exhibition will run from 9:00 am set-up on Tuesday 24th, to lunchtime on Friday 27th. At $2,720 for the pre-conference Imaging Workshop AND the Hunter Meeting, together, this is the best-value Exhibition in 2009!
- Pre-Conference Imaging Workshop is held in the Hunter Room, and commences with a light lunch at 12 noon.
- Lunch, refreshments, and afternoon tea are served in the Exhibition area
- Your table remains the same for the continuation of the Hunter Meeting
- Your targeted access is focused on the top, motivated researchers in the field
EXHIBITION OPTION 2:
HUNTER MEETING (only) EXHIBITION will run from 2:45 pm set-up on Tuesday 24th to lunchtime on Friday 27th. At $2,100, the Hunter Meeting remains the best-value Exhibition in 2009!

GENERAL INFORMATION
TEAS, TABLE WINE™ WITH POSTERS and TRADESECRETS™ LUNCH are served in the Exhibition area. Exhibitor's fee includes the conference dinner.
- PLEASE REGISTER ON-LINE
- Sponsor's/Exhibitor's fax back reply form/package may be downloaded from the website.
- The Exhibition is set adjacent to the conference in the Rothbury and Assembly Rooms - a most commodious space! Both rooms will be set-up with Exhibitors' tables and poster display boards.
- Wireless broadband INTERNET ACCESS available on-site at Kirkton Park (for all delegates - ask at Reception, if in doubt).
- Tables are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee is payable with booking.
- Please nominate the position you would like your company to occupy, on-Line/on your reply form. Please also have your graphics department e-Mail a TIFF/jpg file of your logo for the website and printed materials.
- If you would like to order a backboard for your table display, please check the box [x] on the registration form. Back board measures 1.45m in length. (There are windows the length of one side and paintings on the walls on the other! - so unless you are bringing your own banner, it is best to order the backboard with registration).
