Exhibition layout
The 2010 Meeting sees all the Exhibitors in the one space (combined Hunter and Rothbury Rooms) and the Posters hung for the duration of the meeting.

Below is the layout for the tables and poster boards for 2010. All lunches, including the platter Lunch with the Imaging Workshop and the Trade Secrets™ lunch on Thursday, will be served in the Exhibition space. All morning and afternoon teas and Wine with Posters on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings are served here as well.

TableWine™ is available to Exhibiting companies, only. Please check the box with registration to have two bottles of premium wine served from your table over both evenings of Posters and Wine. If you have a beverage preference, please note that with registration and we will endeavour to accommodate.
