Registration fees and inclusions, 10th Hunter Cellular Biology Meeting
Early-Bird registration closes on the 18th of January, 2010. Please find details below relevant to your attendance at the meeting. There is a limit of 160 places and the Committee advises early registration and submission of abstracts. Because of pressure on space and the high profile of the meeting, it may be that not all those wishing to apply can be accepted for this meeting. You will be notified of acceptance before the close of Early-Bird registration.
Registrations submitted after the Early-Bird date will attract the full fee. All costs are in Australian Dollars (AUD), and include GST.

Single Room: AUD185/person/night
Twin-share room (TWO people sharing accommodation in the room) AUD:112/person/night

- You may nominate a room-sharing partner; or the Secretariat will allocate another delegate requesting sharing to share the room with you.
- Every effort is made to match requested dates
- If the dates do not co-incide, you will be notified of any extra nights that are at single rate shortly after the close of Early-Bird registration
Accommodation is at Kirkton Park or Peppers Guest House, or if required, the Mercure Hunter Valley Gardens (this is more expensive, and will be offered closer to the time).
- For the purposes of shared-accommodation, the core nights of the conference are Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Twin Room means that two delegates are accommodated in the room - you may choose your own room-sharing partner, or one can be chosen for you, same gender, same nights where possible.
- Where no other delegate requests the same accommodation nights, the room reverts to single rate for the extra nights. You will be notified after close of Early-Bird registration, if there is an additional amount to pay for accommodation falling outside the core conference nights.
- There is an intervenue shuttle for those staying at Peppers
- On Wednesday and Thursday, the Inter-Venue shuttle will operate twice daily collecting mornings from Peppers, returning after lunch, collecting again late afternoon and returning at night.
