Shuttle Timetable. Departure is from Qantas Domestic Terminal at Sydney's Kingsford Smith Airport.
Book your shuttle according to your RETURN trip


To Hunter Valley
Tuesday 16th March  
BUS 1 Departs T3, Qantas Domestic Terminal @ 9:00am
Arrives Kirkton Park @ 12 noon

(Book your domestic flight to arrive at Sydney airport BEFORE 8am - late leaving (10 minutes) + 15 minutes circling + 10 minute runway taxi to terminal + baggage delay = late for bus!!)
   
BUS 2 Departs T3, Qantas Domestic Terminal @ 3:00pm

Arrives Kirkton Park @ 6:30pm
   


To Airport (return trip)
Friday 19th March Departs @1:15pm*
Arrives Sydney Airport @ approx. 5:15pm

(Book domestic flights after 6:30pm is safest...)

Saturday 20th March Departs @ 9:00am
Arrives Sydney Airport @ approx. 1:00pm

Notations.... TUESDAY, BUS 1
    1. There is absolutely no time to waste - we will be hard-pushed to get up to the Valley in 3 hours, so please:

      a) BOOK AN EARLY FLIGHT: If flying interstate, take an early flight, to arrive no later than 8:00am at Sydney Airport (delays are frequent - you may be in a holding pattern for 15 minutes at that time of morning... and/or land where it takes 10 minutes to taxi in...)
      and
      b) gather at 8:45am for prompt departure. Meet at the Hertz Rental Car desk in T3 (Qantas Domestic Terminal)
      c) Please include your mobile number in your registration form - it often proves very helpful....(and is not printed in the address list)

    2. Select your Airport Shuttle by return day, when registering on-line - e.g. Tuesday Morning/SATURDAY return. The Bus from Sydney costs $120 return
    3. VIRGIN TRAVELLERS! (You arrive at T2) Please walk the short distance to the Qantas Domestic Terminal (T3) and make sure that you will arrive in time for the prompt 9:00am departure (see marshalling times above)
    4. If you are local and catching the shuttle (i.e. not flying in) please meet at the Hertz Rental Car desk in T3 (QANTAS DOMESTIC). Please gather at 8:45am for prompt departure.
    5. Last minute cancellations cannot be refunded.


Notations.... TUESDAY, BUS 2

    1. Please gather at 2:45pm for prompt departure. Meet at the Hertz Rental Car desk in T3 (Qantas Domestic Terminal). Please include your mobile number in your registration form - it often proves very helpful....(and is not printed in the conference address list)
    2. Select your Airport Shuttle by return day, when registering on-line - e.g. Tuesday Morning/SATURDAY return. The Bus from Sydney costs $125 return
    3. VIRGIN TRAVELLERS! (You arrive at T2) Please walk the short distance to the Qantas Domestic Terminal (T3) and make sure that you will arrive in time for the 3:00pm departure time if you want to take this bus. Marshall at the Hertz Rental Car desk in T3 by 2:45pm
    4. Those staying at Peppers will be dropped off first and then collected for drinks, dinner and the start of the meeting.
    5. If you are from Sydney and catching the shuttle (i.e. not flying in) please meet at the Hertz Rental Car desk in T3 (QANTAS DOMESTIC). Please gather at 2:45pm for prompt departure.
    6. Last minute cancellations cannot be refunded.


Intervenue shuttles:
  • For those staying at Peppers, Breakfast is at the Sebel.
  • A shuttle service is provided for travel to and from the Sebel. Pick-up is from Reception at both venues. Departure times:
  • Tuesday: pick-up from venue at 6:30pm/pick-up from The Sebel at 10:30pm
  • Wednesday: pick-up at the venue at 7:00am/pick-up from The Sebel at 10:00pm
  • Thursday: pick-up from the venue at 7:00am/pick-up from the Conference Dinner at 10:30pm
  • Friday: pick-up from the venue at 7:00am
  • NOTE: Pick-up and departure point at both Hotel venues is Reception
