  • November 19, 2010: Payment of Exhibition and Sponsorship fee
  • January 14, 2011: notification of Acceptance for Platform/Poster presentation
  • January 21, 2011: Close of Early Bird registration. Payment must be made by this date to secure the reduced fee.
  • January 31, 2011: Cancellation unused hotel rooms
  • January 31, 2011: Exhibitors' TradeSecret™ due
  • February 7, 2010: Close of abstracts for inclusion in the printed program
